LeLand

As more time goes by and more owners become frustrated with the direction of our community the Dream Team grows. The best "addition" to those of us with a set of common goals for Tivoli Village was when Sentry Management was let go and LeLand Management was hired to lead our community. Ernie, our property manager, and all of LeLand Management understands that Mr. Sanders currently is the head of our HOA board but will not always be and thus their ears and efforts are open to current owners and residents as much as to Mr. Sanders. This really benefits everyone involved. You probably seen some changes already around the neighborhood and you will see more over the next few months. Smile and know that with the housing market starting to improve these changes will help all of us.

WOW ...

---The name may have changed but the ideals remain the same! ---
The Transition Team of Tivoli Village has changed its name and expanded its ranks but only to solidify our efforts in dealing with Mr. Kyle Sanders and our HOA Board. The new name of our group is the Dream Team. If you are interested in participating in meetings, planning and implementation of events please let one of us know and we will clue you in on the bigger picture. We look forward to working with everyone as this all continues.

Times Have Changed

Recent events have cause the role of the Transition Team to change. No longer are we going to be the voice between Tivoli Village owners and our HOA board or management company. We will now be heading the effort to take civil and potential criminal action against the parties involved in the breach of contract. That is the HOA board and Sentry Management for not committing their fiduciary duty with respect to our community by-laws, covenants and articles of incorporation. If you are an owner in good standing and would like to help in our efforts please e-mail us at tivolivillage@yahoo.com.
In the event you have a concern with the community or with your home we ask that you contact our management company directly by e-mailing Diane Hilt-Hicks at dhilt@sentrymgt.com. Please e-mail Tom Beard as well so he can add your concern to an ongoing list detailing Sentry's efforts in solving community issues. This written history fo events will benefit us in the future.

The Next StepTeam

Towards the end of 2008 resident Tom Beard was asked by the developer of Tivoli Village to create a Transition Team in hopes of the HOA being turned over to the residents soon after. Beard posted a request for volunteers on the community newspaper and with very few responses a team was formed.
The initial efforts of the team were to talk to residents and share community concerns with the HOA board. This Transition Team had no power to implement any ideas just the freedom to share ideas with those who can make decisions. They held community meetings, sponsored community events and took on the challenges of a community with close to 50% rental units.
Members of the Transition Team have always been and continue to be open to resident and owner recommendations. Please let us know of any concerns you may have with the community, our mangement company or our HOA board.
