Recent events have cause the role of the Transition Team to change. No longer are we going to be the voice between Tivoli Village owners and our HOA board or management company. We will now be heading the effort to take civil and potential criminal action against the parties involved in the breach of contract. That is the HOA board and Sentry Management for not committing their fiduciary duty with respect to our community by-laws, covenants and articles of incorporation. Please e-mail Tom Beard as well so he can add your concern to an ongoing list detailing Sentry's efforts in solving community issues.This written history fo events will benefit us in the future.
